service call fee plus labor ($95 - $125 per hour per man) plus parts for systems installed by Krupske Sprinklers. For systems
NOT installed by Krupske Sprinklers the service call fee is $95 plus labor plus parts. If you are having repairs completed
during your Spring Start Up the Spring Start Up cost replaces the service call fee. Many repairs are offered at flat
rate pricing which includes labor and parts.* * An additional trip
fee will be added to each service for any towns outside of our main service area. The towns in our
main service area with no additional trip fee are: Bolingbrook, Bourbonnais, Crest Hill, Crestwood,
Frankfort, Homer Glen, Joliet, Lemont, Lockport, Manhattan, Manteno, Mokena, Monee, Naperville, New Lenox, Oak Forest, Orland
Hills, Orland Park, Palos Heights, Palos Hills, Palos Park, Peotone, Shorewood, Tinley Park. If your town is outside of our

of Services Offered
Spring
Start Up
Includes connection of the RPZ valve, a complete check of all heads, and adjustment of heads where
necessary. Please note: If any additional repairs are needed you will be charged the cost of the spring start up plus
the cost of the repair. The Spring Start Up does not include the RPZ valve certification. RPZ Valve Certification
(Backflow Testing)
Includes testing of the RPZ valve and the result documentation. We will forward
a copy of your test results to your village and also to you for your records. The cost does not include any repairs
to the RPZ unit or any filing fees. If your village uses BSI or any other outside agency to track their backflow testing,
you will be charged an additional filing fee of $15-$17. If your letter comes from BSI rather than your village there
is an additional filing fee and we will need your customer ID that is on that letter to file your certification. Please
notify the office if your valve is leaking, dripping, or cracked. The RPZ certification is not included with
the Spring Start Up. Winterization - (September/October)
For systems installed
by Krupske Sprinkler Systems or converted to self draining. Anyone signed up for the winterization will receive a reminder
through the mail and/or email in early September regarding scheduling your appointment. Winterizations will be done during
September/October. Winterization
Blowout - (September/October)
For
Systems not installed by Krupske Sprinkler Systems that need to be blown out with air. Anyone signed up for the winterization will receive a reminder through the mail
and/or email in early September regarding scheduling your appointment. Winterizations will be done during September/October.
